Volleyball Recap: Vienna Eagles vs. Trico Pioneers        
        
		
             Vienna lost against Trico on October 1st, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Thursday. The Vienna Eagles fell just short of the Trico Pioneers by a score of  2-1. While the Eagles didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Pioneers  25-22 in the first  set.
 Vienna started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-18,  25-20.
  Julez Brown paced Vienna's offense, picking up 11 kills. Brown got some help from 
 Ayva Rush and her 26 assists. 
 Ella Kreuter controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
 Vienna's defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 26-8. As for Trico, they pushed their record up to 30-3 with the  win, which was their 13th straight  on the road dating back to last season.
 Vienna will head out to  square off against Eldorado  at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. Vienna is facing Eldorado at the right time seeing as Eldorado is stuck on  a  23-game losing streak. Trico does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
