Owensboro Catholic fell victim to Daviess County and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Panthers, falling 10-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, with their most recent defeat being a 10-0 loss back in April.

Owensboro Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 10-14-2. As for Daviess County, they are on a roll lately: they've won 18 of their last 20 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-5 record this season.
