Soccer Recap: Stafford Takes a Loss

Stafford fought the good fight in their overtime match against Chancellor on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Chancellor Chargers by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, the Indians couldn't push the score so high this time.

Stafford's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stafford will square off against Mountain View at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The contest will give Mountain View their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season. As for Chancellor, they will venture away from home to face off against Louisa County at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
