Basketball Game Preview: Bradford Red Devils vs. Clarksburg Rockets

The Bradford Red Devils will take on the Clarksburg Rockets at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in Bradford's favor as the squad sits on 11 straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Clarksburg has been banged up by 11 consecutive losses on the road also dating back to last season.

Last Tuesday, Bradford didn't have too much trouble with Dresden as they won 52-33. Given the Red Devils' advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 150th, while the Lions are ranked 352nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Clarksburg took a blow against Huntingdon on Tuesday, falling 82-41.

Bradford has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. As for Clarksburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-10.

Bradford beat Clarksburg 68-57 when the teams last played back in January of 2024. Will Bradford repeat their success, or does Clarksburg have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
