Basketball Recap: Saugatuck Takes a Loss

Saugatuck lost against Watervliet back in March of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Saugatuck Trailblazers had to suffer through a 68-26 loss at the hands of the Watervliet Panthers.

Saugatuck's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Watervliet, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-6.

Saugatuck has already played their next match, a 51-29 loss against Galesburg-Augusta on the 24th. As for Watervliet, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 72-57 defeat against South Haven on the 24th.
