Volleyball Recap: Navarre Comes Up Short

Navarre had taken Tate down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Thursday. The Raiders took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Aggies. The Raiders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Aggies apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Navarre was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Tate work for it, especially in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 21-25, 25-15, 27-25.

Navarre's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Tate, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Navarre will welcome Milton at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tate, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Pensacola Catholic at 6:30 p.m.
