Softball Recap: Bloomer Gets the Win

Bloomer's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 23-21 win over the Adams-Friendship Green Devils. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Blackhawks have posted since April 30, 2024.

The win got Bloomer back to even at 1-1. As for Adams-Friendship, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Bloomer will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Black River Falls at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Adams-Friendship, they will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against Lodi at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
