Bradshaw Mountain and Flagstaff pushed the score to 16-6 the last time they played Flagstaff, but on Tuesday defenses reigned supreme. The Bears came out on top in a nail-biter against the Eagles, sneaking past 3-1. The victory was nothing new for the Bears as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Bradshaw Mountain got a great performance from Jeremy Reynolds as he didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. Reynolds has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Garison Jones was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. That home run marked the first that he launched this season. Another player making a difference was Drew Strader, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles and one RBI.

Bradshaw Mountain's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-3. As for Flagstaff, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-7.

Bradshaw Mountain will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Eagles: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
