Basketball Recap: Newcomers Comes Up Short

Newcomers was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 23rd straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 51-39 to the Flushing Red Devils.

Newcomers' defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Flushing, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-4.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Bryant the next time they take the court. Flushing will host Bryant at 5:00 p.m. on January 24th, while Newcomers will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on January 28th.
