Williston waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 53-49 W against the Columbia Tigers. This was a revenge game for the Red Devils: when they faced off against the Tigers back in December of 2025, they had to take a 75-62 defeat.

Despite the loss, Columbia had strong showings from Zaeon Jones, who posted nine points, and Shaheed White, who went 5-for-10 to rack up 13 points. Terrance Tolbert was another key player, putting up four points and seven rebounds.

Williston's victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Columbia, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.

Williston has already played their next contest, a 49-43 win against Santa Fe on the 13th. As for Columbia, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 40-38 victory against Buchholz on the 13th.
