Volleyball Recap: Rincon/University Rangers vs. O'Connor Eagles
Rincon/University lost against O'Connor back in September of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Rincon/University Rangers lost 3-0 to the O'Connor Eagles. The Rangers haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-10, 25-9.
O'Connor was led to victory by Allison Veres and Anabelle Cummings. Veres had three aces, while Cummings had five digs.
Rincon/University's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for O'Connor, they pushed their record up to 14-2 with that win, which was their third straight at home.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rincon/University will take on Salpointe Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
