It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Huron had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Archbold Blue Streaks. Winning may never get old, but the Tigers sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.

While Huron won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 26-24, 25-16.

Huron's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Adelyn Van Sickle, who had 13 digs and two aces. Van Sickle is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last seven games she's played.

Huron's win bumped their record up to 20-5. As for Archbold, their loss dropped their record down to 16-8.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Huron and Eastwood will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Archbold does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
