Football Recap: West Lincoln Takes a Loss

West Lincoln came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They had to suffer through a 48-0 loss at the hands of the Enterprise Yellowjackets. The Bears haven't had much luck with the Yellowjackets recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Enterprise found their leader in sophomore Jiles Williams, who threw for 166 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes.

West Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Enterprise, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

West Lincoln wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 64-6 loss against Pelahatchie on the 3rd. As for Enterprise, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 48-6 defeat against Wesson on the 3rd.
