Volleyball Recap: Tuxedo Takes a Loss

Tuxedo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Burke Catholic. The Tornadoes were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Burke Catholic apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 20-25, 25-15, 25-19.

Tuxedo's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Burke Catholic, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Tuxedo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Fallsburg on the 25th. Burke Catholic has also already played their next contest (against O'Neill), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
