Football Game Preview: Dunbar Mightymen vs. Chicago Military Academy Eagles

The Dunbar Mightymen will head out to square off against the Chicago Military Academy Eagles at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday. Dunbar will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.

Dunbar's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They blew past Englewood Stem, posting a 30-0 victory. The Mightymen's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Chicago Military Academy's offense. They were outmatched by Longwood and fell 30-0.

Dunbar's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Chicago Military Academy, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-3.

Dunbar came up short against Chicago Military Academy in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, falling 20-14. Can the Mightymen avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
