Basketball Recap: Wilbur Cross Falls to Bridgeport Central in First Game of Season

Wilbur Cross had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 45-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers on Friday. The Governors just can't catch a break and have now endured eight losses in a row dating back to last season.

Wilbur Cross will venture away from home to square off against Career Magnet at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bridgeport Central, they will be home for the holidays to greet Bassick at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
