Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Plainfield South). They took their game on Monday with ease, bagging a 41-0 win over the Horizon Science Academy-Southwest Huskies. The victory was some much needed relief for the Cougars as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Plainfield South's win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Horizon Science Academy-Southwest, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.
