Basketball Recap: Vacaville Christian Takes a Loss

Vacaville Christian lost against Dixon back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Vacaville Christian Falcons were dealt a 61-32 loss at the hands of the Dixon Rams. The matchup marked the Falcons' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Despite the loss, Vacaville Christian still got an impressive performance from Brian Laxamana, who went 6 for 13 on his way to 12 points and six rebounds.

Vacaville Christian has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season. As for Dixon, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Vacaville Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-39 victory against Armijo on the 28th. As for Dixon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 52-50 defeat against Gridley on the 28th.
