Baseball Recap: Moffat County Takes a Loss

Moffat County lost to Delta on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs came up short against the Panthers, falling 16-1. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Moffat County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Delta, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-5.

Coming up, Moffat County will be playing at home against Battle Mountain at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Husky have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.17 runs per game on average), something the Bulldogs will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Delta, they will head out to take on Roaring Fork at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
