Basketball Recap: Spain Park's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Saturday

It was a proper cat-fight when Spain Park duked it out withPrattville on Saturday. The Spain Park Jaguars enjoyed a cozy 67-50 victory over the Prattville Lions. Given the Jaguars' advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 101st, while the Lions are ranked 312th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

When it comes to explaining why Prattville lost, don't look at Xavier Dunn. Despite the final result, he posted 16 points and seven steals. That's the most steals Dunn has posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jadon Autuneh-El, who scored eight points.
