Baseball Recap: Gainesville Continues Road Dominance on Wednesday

Gainesville not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 10th (when they won 16-0). Everything went their way against the Ava Bears as they made off with a 14-7 win. The victory continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Bears: they've now won three in a row.

Gainesville's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-7. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Ava, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-7.
