Mildred waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Frankston Indians. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 on October 3rd.

Mildred had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 16-25, 25-12, 25-17, 25-17.

Mildred's victory bumped their record up to 28-9. As for Frankston, their defeat ended a six-match streak of away wins and brought them to 15-16.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Mildred will face off against rival Kerens at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Frankston is set to take on their familiar foe Cayuga at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
