The biggest upset of the week belonged to Long Reach, who took down 51st ranked Atholton, 15-14. Robert Carter Jr ran for 98 yards during the win.

River Hill added to the longest winning streak in Howard County this week by beating Centennial, 42-7. The win marks fourth in a row for the the Hawks.

David Pindell provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Oakland Mills fell to Reservoir. He completed 15 passes for 188 yards and also ran for 78 yards. Pindell's key target this week was Dershone Hayman, who caught 4 passes for 71 yards.

Avian White was a beast in the backfield as the 'Gators defeated the Scorpions.

Ernie Fermin was the best wideout in the league this week as Wilde Lake topped Marriotts Ridge. Fermin tallied 2 receptions for 77 yards. DeVon Groves helped Wilde Lake's passing attack out by catching 5 balls for 47 yards.

6-foot-2 quarterback Spencer Ampofo of the Wildecats is the league leader in passing yards this season with 643. He has also thrown 5 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Hayman. The Oakland Mills star has 22 catches for 264 yards.

The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between Glenelg and Howard. The Gladiators enters the contest ranked 11th in the state, while the Lions ranks 22nd.

The Lightning scaled the state rankings by moving to 134 from 162 this week, the biggest jump in Howard County. Long Reach was able to move up by topping the Raiders 15-14.
