Softball Recap: York Comes Up Short

York came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Keshequa Indians, falling 11-5. The loss continues a trend for the Golden Knights in their meetings with the Indians: they've now lost eight in a row.

York's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Keshequa, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. York will challenge Kendall at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Keshequa, they will square off against Hornell at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
