Volleyball Recap: Presentation Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Presentation was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory Fightin' Irish, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Fightin' Irish this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

While Presentation was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-16, 25-17.

Presentation's defeat dropped their record down to 6-18. As for Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season.

Presentation will face off against St. Ignatius College Preparatory at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory, they will take on Westmont at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
