Basketball Recap: Trinity's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Trinity won the last time they faced Spaulding and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Trinity Pioneers strolled past the Spaulding Red Raiders with points to spare, taking the game 53-39. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Pioneers as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Trinity's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Spaulding, they dropped their record down to 2-9 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

Trinity will welcome Merrimack at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Trinity is facing Merrimack at the right time seeing as Merrimack is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Spaulding, they will venture away from home to face off against Nashua North at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Nashua North will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Spaulding surely won't give up without a fight.
