Baseball Preview: Warren Warriors vs. Jackson Ironman/Ironladies
Warren and Jackson are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2015, but likely not for long. The Warriors will face off against the Ironman/Ironladies at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Warren proved they can win big on Friday (they won by six) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Parkersburg 5-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Warriors have posted since April 8th.

Jacob Sealey was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jayce Hilverding, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Jackson put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let Freedom Christian Academy get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. Jackson's win was all the more impressive since the Patriots were averaging only 3.76 runs allowed on the season.
Warren's record is now 8-6. As for Jackson, their record now sits at 11-0.
