Baseball Recap: St. Michael Takes a Loss

St. Michael lost against Walker back in February of 2020, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Warriors came up short against the Wildcats, falling 15-5. The Warriors' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

St. Michael's defeat dropped their record down to 8-16. As for Walker, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 20-8.

Looking ahead, St. Michael will challenge McKinley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Walker, they will square off against Denham Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in the Wildcats' favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while the Yellowjackets have been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
