League recap: Hamilton Heights tops Twin Lakes to extend winning streak

Mid-Indiana recap Oct. 30, 2012

Hamilton Heights extended the longest winning streak in Mid-Indiana this week by beating Twin Lakes, 38-0. The victory was the 10th in a row for the team.

Hamilton Heights took down the Indians 38-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Corey Beck threw for 115 yards and two touchdowns and ran for eight yards in the win.

Hamilton Heights' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Huskies feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Beck has thrown for 1629 yards and 17 touchdowns this season, while Grant Weatherford has 28 catches for 540 yards. Conner Faulkner leads the league in rushing with 849 yards.

Western led the league in scoring this week after putting up 47 points on Mississinewa.
