Basketball Recap: Silverado Comes Up Short

Silverado lost against Foothill back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Silverado Skyhawks fell to the Foothill Falcons 61-55. The Skyhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mudd Comtois was a one-man wrecking crew for Foothill as he went 6 for 15 on his way to 21 points. Packer Kelley was another key player, dropping a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.

Silverado's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Foothill, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-11 record this season.

Silverado didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 63-53 defeat against Democracy Prep Agassi Campus on the 11th. As for Foothill, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 69-50 loss against Desert Pines on the 11th.
