Volleyball Recap: Beauregard Takes a Loss

Beauregard's tournament run continued when they took on Donoho on Saturday. The Hornets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falcons.

Beauregard's offense was headlined by Madison Preston and Karlee Cooper, who picked up three kills apiece. They got some help from Kam Torbert and her eight assists. Ellie Burroughs controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Beauregard's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Donoho, their win bumped their record up to 6-13.

Coming up, Beauregard is taking a road trip to take on Benjamin Russell at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Donoho, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Glencoe on the 13th.
