After losing to Briarwood Christian the last time they met, McAdory decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Yellowjackets simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Lions 56-13. Considering the Yellowjackets have won four matchups by more than 27 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

McAdory's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Justin Patton, who threw for 238 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 78.3% of his passes, and also rushed for 34 yards and one touchdown. The Yellowjackets also got a significant boost from Kawann Johnson, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 129 yards.
