Soccer Recap: Poca Takes a Loss

Poca was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 4-1 to the Sissonville Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Sissonville this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Poca's goal came courtesy of Landon Rawlings, who's now up to 15 this season.

Poca's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Sissonville, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-7 record this season.

Poca does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sissonville, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 1-0 victory against Trinity Christian on the 4th.
