Soccer Game Preview: Concordia vs. Duchesne

Concordia is 0-10 against Duchesne since March of 2015 but things could change on Tuesday. Concordia will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they takes on Duchesne at 6:15 p.m. Concordia will be strutting in after a victory while Duchesne will be coming in after a loss.

Concordia's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over Bryan. The high-scoring effort was just what Concordia needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Meanwhile, Duchesne fell victim to Bellevue West and their airtight defense on Saturday. They came up short against the Thunderbirds, falling 8-0.

Duchesne's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Concordia, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

Concordia might still be hurting after the 8-1 loss they got from Duchesne in their previous matchup back in March of 2024. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Concordia was down 4-0.
