Recap: Silver Valley Trojans vs. University Prep Jaguars
The Silver Valley Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 26 points or more this season. They blew past University Prep 71-28 on the road. The victory was familiar territory for Silver Valley who now have ten in a row.
It was another big night for Jaden Sassone, who scored 12 points along with nine steals. He also posted two blocks for the first time this season. Another player making a difference was Jaylen Walker, who scored ten points along with nine rebounds.
Silver Valley's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.8 points per game. As for University Prep, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-8.
Coincidentally, Silver Valley and University Prep will both be playing Apple Valley the next time they take the court. Silver Valley will host Apple Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, while University Prep will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
