Volleyball Recap: North Providence Wins Going Away Against Block Island

North Providence won the last time they faced Block Island and things went their way on Saturday too. The Cougars were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Block Island.

North Providence's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Block Island, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-11.

Coming up, North Providence will venture away from home to take on Burrillville at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Broncos will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Cougars surely won't give up without a fight. As for Block Island, they will host Portsmouth at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
