Basketball Game Preview: Northwest House vs. Bush Blazers

The Northwest House will head out to face off against the Bush Blazers at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Northwest will bounce into Tuesday's game after beating University Prep, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. Northwest walked away with a 42-35 victory over University Prep on Saturday. The win was some much needed relief for the House as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Bush waltzed into their contest on Saturday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 46-39.

Bush pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.1 points per game. As for Northwest, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-8.

Northwest took a serious blow against Bush in their previous matchup last Wednesday, falling 55-22. Can Northwest avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
