Spanish Fort put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Dothan Wolves. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Toros also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2020.

Morgan Leber and Ambria Snell scored both of Spanish Fort's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Spanish Fort's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Dothan, they moved to 5-3 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Spanish Fort has already played their next match, a 10-0 win against Scottsboro on the 28th. As for Dothan, they will venture away from home to square off against Montgomery Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Montgomery Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.2 goals per game this season.
