Soccer Game Preview: Morgantown vs. Hedgesville

The Morgantown Mohigans will venture away from home to take on the Hedgesville Eagles at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Morgantown is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of West Virginia's top teams: Bridgeport, who was ranked 21st at the time (Morgantown was ranked 16th). The Mohigans came out on top against the Indians by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. Morgantown haven't had any issues with Bridgeport recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Hedgesville kept a clean sheet against Musselman on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Applemen with a sharp 7-0 victory. Hedgesville might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matchups by three goals or more this season.

Hedgesville's win bumped their record up to 13-1-2. As for Morgantown, they now have a winning record of 5-4-2.
