Springfield won the last time they faced Ross and things went their way on Thursday too. The Blue Devils put the hurt on the Little Giants with a sharp 8-0 victory. Considering Springfield have won 11 contests by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Springfield pushed their record up to 15-1-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 49 goals over those eight matchups. As for Ross, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9-4.

Looking ahead, Springfield will be taking part in a tournament against Maumee at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Ross does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
