There is a chance that no high school third baseman or first baseman will be drafted in the first round of the Major League Baseball Draft, which begins June 8. However, there is a number of solid, power-hitting players who could go before the first day of the draft is over.

MaxPreps takes a look at the top 10 corner infield prospects for the 2015 Major League Baseball Draft.

Top 10 Class of 2015 Corner Infielders

Ke'bryan Hayes, Concordia Lutheran (Tomball, Texas), 6-1, 207
The son of former MLB third baseman Charlie Hayes, Ke'Bryan is the top third base prospect in the Class of 2015. Although a solid fielder, Hayes will be drafted more for his abilities at the plate. He batted .436 with 16 doubles as a senior. Where he'll go: End of round one or in compensatory round.

Wesley Rodriguez, Washington (New York City), 5-11, 200

Rodriguez has gained traction as a pitching prospect after hitting close to 100 mph with his fastball. An injury slowed him down a bit at the end of the season, but Rodriguez's stock was rising rapidly prior to the injury. Even if a team doesn't draft him as a pitcher, he will likely find a place in the field at third base. He also has plenty of potential there due to his arm strength and his hitting ability. Where he'll go: Second round.

Bryce Denton, Ravenwood (Brentwood, Tenn.), 6-1, 200
A possible pitching prospect, Denton will likely become an everyday starter at the next level thanks to impressive power-hitting ability. Where he'll go: Second round.

Tyler Nevin, Poway (Calif.), 6-3, 200

The son of former MLB player Phil Nevin, Tyler sat out his junior season due to Tommy John surgery. However, he has one of the best swings out of the group of third basemen in this class and his defense is also a plus. Where he'll go: Round three or four.

Austin Riley, DeSoto Central (Southaven, Miss.), 6-3, 210
Riley has shown he can hit for power, as he has 26 career home runs, including 11 as a senior. He also hit for average with a .418 batting average for his career. A shortstop throughout most of his career, Riley will likely move to third base. He has also been a pitcher throughout his career, but the feeling among scouts is that he will be a position player at the next level. Where he'll go: Round three or four.

Devin Davis, Valencia (Calif.), 6-2, 215

Davis has shown good power the past two seasons, hitting five home runs as a junior and six as a senior. He could become the best first baseman in the class, as he is also a strong fielder. Where he'll go: Second round.

Brandt Stallings, King's Ridge Christian (Alpharetta, Ga.), 6-4, 220
Stallings has been a small school powerhouse at Kings Ridge Christian, leading his team to two state championships the past two seasons. Scouts love his bat as he hit .483 for his career with 22 home runs. Unlike the other first basemen on the list, Stallings could also find his way into the outfield due to his speed. Where he'll go: Round two or three.

Desmond Lindsay, Out-of-Door Academy (Sarasota, Fla.), 6-0, 200
Lindsay is not as tall as some of the other first base prospects, however he shows good power and the ability to hit to the opposite field. He is also one of the faster prospects at first base. Where he'll go: Third or fourth round.

Tyrone Perry, Lakeland (Fla.), 6-1, 260
Perry is one of the bigger first base prospects at 260 pounds, however he puts that frame to good use, as he hit six home runs and seven doubles at Lakeland this year. Defense is an area of concern as his frame limits his range and he does not possess plus arm strength. Where he'll go: Fourth or fifth round.

Michael Hickman, Seven Lakes (Katy, Texas), 6-2, 205
Hickman could go at several different positions, as he has potential at catcher, first base and in the outfield. He has good power and can hit for average. He's a very good fielder with a strong arm. Where he'll go: Fifth round.
