Basketball Recap: Jones Skates Past Innovation with Ease

A well-balanced attack led Jones over Innovation in every quarter on their way to victory on Thursday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Jones Fightin' Tigers blew the Innovation Bulls out of the water with a 73-28 final score. With the Fightin' Tigers ahead 37-13 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Jones got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kenyon Holmes out in front who posted 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Timothy Mack, who had 14 points.

Jadis Santamaria and Gerald Schanck certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Santamaria went 5 of 8 on his way to 12 points, while Schanck put up four points.
