Basketball Recap: Iroquois Takes a Loss

Iroquois was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 62-38 to the DeSales Colts. If the Raiders were looking for revenge after losing 88-65 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Iroquois' defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for DeSales, they pushed their record up to 15-11 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Iroquois will be playing in front of their home fans against Moore at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Moore knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven matchups -- so hopefully Iroquois likes a good challenge. As for DeSales, they will square off against Bethlehem at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bethlehem will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something DeSales surely won't give up without a fight.
