Basketball Game Preview: Valley Lumberjacks vs. Magnolia Blue Eagles

Valley is 1-9 against Magnolia since January of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Lumberjacks will be home for the holidays to greet the Blue Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Valley came up short against Wirt County on Friday, falling 70-45. That's two games in a row now that the Lumberjacks have lost by exactly 25 points.

Magnolia kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They were outmatched by John Marshall and fell 80-51. The Blue Eagles haven't had much luck with the Monarchs recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.
