Rim of the World is 8-2 against San Gorgonio since September of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Fighting Scots will challenge the Spartans at 6:15 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Tuesday.

San Gorgonio will be up against a hot Rim of the World squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. The Fighting Scots put the hurt on Rialto with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday.

Meanwhile, San Gorgonio got the win against Notre Dame on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0. The Spartans haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

While San Gorgonio won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-23, 25-18.

Rim of the World's win bumped their record up to 15-12. As for San Gorgonio, their victory bumped their record up to 19-8.

Rim of the World couldn't quite get it done against San Gorgonio when the teams last played last Tuesday as they fell 3-1. Can the Fighting Scots avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
