Soccer Recap: Grapevine Victorious

Grapevine kept a clean sheet against Memorial on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Warriors, sneaking past 1-0. Paola Granados had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Grapevine.

The victory made it two in a row for Grapevine and bumps their season record up to 6-3-1. As for Memorial, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Grapevine didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Lake Dallas on the 17th. As for Memorial, they will take on Lebanon Trail at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
