The Cougars will head out to face off against the Spartans at 6:00 p.m. South Caldwell took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Alexander Central, who comes in off a win.

Alexander Central took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Freedom.

While Alexander Central won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-12, 25-16.

Meanwhile, South Caldwell came up short against St. Stephens on Tuesday and fell 3-1. While the Spartans didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Indians 25-17 in the first set.

South Caldwell started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 17-25, 25-22, 25-23, 25-21.

Alexander Central's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-6. As for South Caldwell, their loss dropped their record down to 11-7.
