Football Game Preview: Lake Travis Cavaliers vs. Dripping Springs Tigers + How To Watch

The Lake Travis Cavaliers will head out on the road to challenge the Dripping Springs Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are still undefeated (Lake Travis has six wins , while Dripping Springs has seven dating back to last season).

Glass gained 144 total yards and two touchdowns while Hopping rushed for 54 yards and three scores. Hopping has been hot, having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last five times he's played. Luke McBride was another key player, throwing for 202 yards and one touchdown while completing 86.7% of his passes.

Meanwhile, Dripping Springs' game on Friday was all tied up 14-14 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They walked away with a 28-21 victory over Bowie. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 12th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 162nd) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lake Travis better keep an eye on Chase Ames. He was instrumental in Dripping Springs' win, throwing for 131 yards and a pair of TDs, while also punching in one score on the ground.

Lake Travis' record is now 6-0. As for Dripping Springs, their record now sits at 7-0.
