Basketball Game Preview: Math & Science Academy Dragons vs. Avail Academy

Math & Science Academy hasn't had much luck against Avail Academy recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Math & Science Academy Dragons will head out to face off against Avail Academy at 7:30 p.m.

Math & Science Academy will head into Friday's game out to bounce back: they won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Friday. They were beaten by Twin Cities Academy/Great River 85-47.

Meanwhile, Avail Academy humbled Hope Academy with a 67-36 victory. Avail Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Math & Science Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Avail Academy, they pushed their record up to 9-2 with the victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.

Math & Science Academy suffered a grim 65-42 defeat to Avail Academy in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Can Math & Science Academy avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
