Softball Recap: Bell Comes Up Short

Bell came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 14-3 to the Southlake Carroll Dragons. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Blue Raiders have suffered against the Dragons since March 30, 2015.

Bell has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season. As for Southlake Carroll, their record is now 17-11.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Bell will face off against rival Byron Nelson at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Southlake Carroll is set to square off against their familiar foe Keller Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
